New venture revealed!
As I mentioned a few weeks ago, I am about to undertake an new venture.
After a long period of thinking hard about my future, trying to find work in a recession without much professional experience, but alot of technical knowledge and artistic merit, seems to get you nowhere (even if you are willing to work for bread money & perform back breaking labour).
So I have decided to go it alone as it were.
Thats right, Adam August is now going to be a full time self employed photographer, covering all sorts of various disciplines, such as weddings & live events, portrait (studio as well as home) and much much more.
As things stand right now, I am in the process of drafting business plans and contracts as well as looking into what equipment to buy first (limited budgets and all that jazz!).
My vague business plan, as it stands, includes the addition of videography a year or two down the line, depending on how things go. This would then include things such as music videos as well as working as the freelance DOP with my own equipment.
So if anyone needs an event or portrait photographer, you know where to look.
Head over to the website where there are contact options. I will be posting up guide prices as soon as I get my package options all sorted out and priced up. But at the moment you will need to contact me for a quote.
